High tensile steel bars are used to make BRC fences. It is then welded to produce precise panel and mesh dimensions. It is a great alternative for outdoor security fencing since it is strong and resilient. It can maintain its form and strength for many years.

Finishing: 

Method 1, The process starts by transforming high-quality low-carbon steel raw material into hard-drawn wire, then by welding them to become a fence. For maximum corrosion protection: the Security Fence is hot-dip galvanised after welding. 

Finishing: 

Method 2, Before welding into a fence, the hard-drawn wire is hotdip galvanized first. The rest of the process remains the same.

Shorter production times are an advantage of hot-dip before galvanising. Hot-dip galvanised wire is simply formed into finished panels in a simple process.The panels can also be ordered with polyester powder coating in the colours that best fit your needs.

Posts & Fittings: The panels are attached to 60mm tubular round posts. The panels are fixed to the posts using M6 X 100 bolt and nuts, and a round cap at the top. Y-shape and L-shape posts can be customized upon request.
